About Transition Stress Management

Transition Stress Management, Inc. is a New Mexico USA corporation founded in 1999 to develop a global stress management services delivery network that can effectively meet the requirements of large international corporations.

The founder and President of Transition Stress Management, Inc. is Darshan Singh Khalsa, who provided management leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment for more than twenty years as one of the first employees of a Fortune 500 computer company. For two decades, he provided consulting services such as strategic planning, team building and problem solving, project management, business process reengineering, and internet electronic commerce development for some of the world's largest corporations, including Carlson Companies, Citibank, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Kodak, MicroAge, Phillips Petroleum, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Southwestern Bell.

Mr. Khalsa has taught Kundalini Yoga for the last forty-four years under the direction of Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. Mr. Khalsa is a Kundalini Research Institute Certified instructor of Kundalini Yoga, and a registered professional member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association and the Yoga Alliance (RYT200). He is an expert in business process reengineering and a master storyboarder. He is the author of several books about yoga in the corporate environment, including Yoga Secrets for Business Success. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kundalini Research Institute, the organization created by Yogi Bhajan to preserve the accuracy of the teachings of Kundalini Yoga for future generations.
