Kundalini Wellness Plan is Kundalini Yoga for stress management onsite for corporations, an effective and comprehensive approach that is specifically focused on developing participants’ stamina, emotional resilience, mental concentration, and energy for optimal productivity. Kundalini Wellness Plan is based upon Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, Master of Kundalini Yoga.

There are many wise things that Yogi Bhajan taught during his lifetime that were subsequently developed by his student-teachers into other schools and training programs, often under his direction.
