Yoga to Improve Digestion

Remember to Tune In before practicing yoga.

Sit on your heels. Keep your spine straight and your head level. Rest your hands on thighs. Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose. Do this for 3 to 11 minutes.

This position is called Rock Pose. The ancient yogis said that you could digest a rock while sitting in this posture.
