Remember to Tune In before practicing yoga.
Sit comfortably with spine straight. Raise your arms overhead about 60 degrees (like a big "Y"). Bring hands into half fists, palms facing forward, and extend the thumbs upward. Focus eyes at a point between eyebrows, and begin a quick, strong breath through the nose (the inhale will be a quick half breath followed by a stronger exhale). This is Breath of Fire. Be sure to keep arms straight! Do for 1 to 3 minutes. Then inhale deeply, hold the breath for a few moments, and enjoy the positive charge of energy. Exhale and relax.
