Yoga for Women

Remember to Tune In before practicing yoga.

Lay on your back and bring knees to chest. Wrap arms around legs holding knees snugly to the chest. Relax in this position breathing long, deeply, and powerfully through the nose.

Do this exercise for 1 to 3 minutes every day. It will help set and relax the female reproductive organs, which is beneficial to the monthly cycle.
