Remember to Tune In before practicing yoga.
Sit on heels with arms stretched out at sides, parallel to the ground. Let the hands hang limp from the wrists. Begin long deep breathing through your nose. Continue for 3 minutes.
Sit up straight, take a few deep breaths, and relax.
