Remember to Tune In before practicing yoga.
Sitting on the floor, stretch your legs out in front of you, bend over and grab your ankles (or as far as you can without straining). Inhale and sit up straight still holding onto your legs; exhale, lowering your body as far down as possible. Continue this at a moderate pace for three minutes. Sit up straight, take a few deep breaths, and relax.
