Remember to Tune In before practicing yoga.
Stand up straight with your legs about shoulder width apart. Raise arms straight over your head with palms together. Lean back slightly and begin long, deep powerful breathing through the nostrils. Breathe deeply from the diaphragm. Stretch your chest capacity and feel your lungs expand and strengthen. Do this exercise for a few minutes every day and feel great!
