Yoga Secrets for Crisis ManagementA series of weekly beginners one-hour yoga classes, providing effective techniques for dealing with a different type of crisis situation each week. Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and author Darshan Singh Khalsa shows you how to rebuild your life and bind up shattered nerves in the aftermath of a crisis or emergency situation. The course is based on Darshan's experiences during 30 years of providing security services for Summer Solstice, an annual ten-day yoga camp for over a thousand people established in 1970 by Yogi Bhajan in the rugged mountains of northern New Mexico. This experiential course shows you how to face your day, eliminate stress, relieve depression, handle various kinds of emergency situations, overcome fear, handle panic attacks, relieve the shakes, reduce high blood pressure, manage anger, improve self control, enhance ability to complete projects, elevate mood, sharpen intuition, generate healing energy, tap your energy reserves, and manifest your potential. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, sheepskin or pad to lie down on.
